We offer free shipping on orders over £50 within the UK. International shipping is available at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

All our products are carefully sourced and crafted with natural ingredients. Each product comes with detailed information about ingredients and usage instructions.

We welcome wholesale inquiries and partnership opportunities. Please contact us directly to discuss how we can work together.

Market

Spaces are confirmed once the booking form has been filled in and payment is received.

• Doors open for stallholders at 9.30am. Please be set up by 10.45am so we’re ready to welcome people.
• The market closes at 4pm — we ask that everyone stays set up until then before packing down.
• Each stall includes one table (unless otherwise agreed). You’re welcome to bring cloths, decorations, and display stands to make it your own.

We ask that products and services reflect the ethos of the event: natural, handmade, holistic, or wellness-inspired.

• Stallholders and practitioners are responsible for their own insurance (public liability and product liability, where relevant).
• Love & Willow cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please take care of your own belongings.

Please keep your stall space safe and clear, without blocking walkways or exits.

• We’ll be sharing photos and videos from the event for promotion, and your stall may feature in these. If you’d rather not be photographed, just let us know.
• We’d love you to spread the word too — the more we share, the more people will discover us all.

• If you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as you can.
• Stall fees are non-refundable, but if we have a waiting list and can re-fill your space, we may be able to offer a partial refund.

• This is a community event and we ask everyone to help keep it warm, friendly, and respectful.
• If any issues arise, the organiser’s decision will be final.
